My name is Nancy John.

I’m a 20-year learning and development veteran, certified coach, and the founder of Seed Leadership. Gosh… 20 years sounds like a long time. But I feel like I’m just getting started! 

The other thing to know about me? I’m an introvert. So, I truly understand the unique challenges of being an introverted leader and battling the misconceptions that come with the territory. 

Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to teach, coach, and ultimately influence executives, leaders in management, sales professionals, and other professionals, to take on new ideas and practices—ideas and practices that, although would make them better leaders who get more impressive results, they didn’t always buy into right away. And oftentimes I had to do that without holding any direct authority. Through my experience working with leaders and professionals, (including myself!), I developed a framework that equips introverted leaders with the tools they need to level up their ability to influence others, inspire meaningful action, and get results through others—while leveraging their introverted strengths.
